In fact, the Beta had the hidden setting of maximizing windows with Alt/Win + 5! The new shortcuts are: Alt/Win + 5 maximizes or restores windows appropriately Alt/Win + 0 minimizes window A setting for turning off window animations has been added. An option to disable the resizing "animation" (to skip interpolated window sizes) would be great to speed things up on apps which need much processor power/time to redraw themselves after an resize!
